2010 big game - Archangel

Years have passed since the RLA rebel forces were defeated in the great water war. A dark shadow of evil looms over the county as water is completely controlled by Damian Black's Empire. Despite his victory Black is enraged that Amanda Stanley was allowed to escape and he has had Commander Vanhousin publicly executed for his incompetence.

Most of the rebels have been killed or are missing. With complete control of all clean water, Black has successfully dismantled all forms of democratic government and declared himself supreme ruler. To ensure loyalty to his empire and complete allegiance, Black has developed a microchip called true patriot. The chip is implanted next to the brain stem of all his employees and security force. This chip allows Black to monitor the whereabouts and activities of his subjects at all times. The chip also has a small explosive charge in it to guarantee compliance.

Black has signed contracts with many other world leaders to supply their water needs but has stretched himself thin in the process. He can not afford to lose one drop of water from any of the five pump station in this region. Black is powerful but he's aware that those who have already paid in advance for their water would come collect his head should he fail to deliver on his promises. In his increasing paranoia Black's location is kept secret and he moves constantly. His private army cracks down on any suspected of plotting against him. People start vanishing never to be heard from again.

Damian Black's enslavement of the population and self proclaimed leadership of the country has reached the attention of an ancient order of individuals that have sworn to fight evil and bring peace to the world. This secret group is called ARKANGEL. The Arkangels are planing to rid the world of Black's evil empire. They must gather as much intelligence as possible on Black's forces and whereabouts and grow their army until they are ready to strike.
